A panel discussion hosted by the conservative climate group republicEn.org explored how communicators can effectively convey climate risks at a time of deep political polarization.
The discussion was held for Florida Climate Week 2025, which was organized by VoLo Foundation and ran from Oct. 6-12. Nathan Crabbe, editor of The Invading Sea, moderated the discussion. The panelists included:
- Bob Inglis, executive director of republicEn.org and former U.S. congressman
- Mary Anna Mancuso, Miami Herald opinion writer and editorial board member
- Max Chesnes, environment and climate reporter for the Tampa Bay Times
- Chelsea Henderson, director of editorial content for republic.En.org
